Excellent day

Thank you to Lisa and her team for making me feel so welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at Dear Green. It was a great introduction for me into the world of coffee. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who is interested in learning more about the industry.

Outstanding

I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect going into this course, but I was not disappointed. Lisa was so welcoming and professional. Every new topic was explained clearly and for something as weird and wonderful as slurping coffee, it felt perfectly normal. Lisa is truly passionate about coffee and the industry as a whole and the way she runs this course (and the roastery) is a reflection of her passion, it will spill over into anyone that spends time at Dear Green.

Thanks so much Calum! It was a pleasure to host you! Huge congratulations on a great pass mark too! :)

A really amazing course in a fab location

A really special day with lovely attendees at Dear Greens headquarters with the actual roasting taking place so you get the real vibe. Lisa the trainer and owners knowledge, passion and experience of coffee from growing to making, is second to none, she's a leader in the field. I feel so much more knowledgeable and equipped to understand the flavour, aroma, texture etc of coffee so I can give it its due credit and to make the most of the beans, knowing when something is not right. The course follows on greatly from the Barista training I attended. Carnt wait to attend more courses. Thanks...

Thanks so much Bex for your lovely feedback! We're so glad to be fuelling your coffee journey! Hope to see you at another class soon! :))
