Late last year our founder Lisa was approached with an interesting proposition! How would she like to be on the cover of Barista Magazine and tell the full Dear Green story from the very beginning? Of course the answer was....ABSOLUTELY! Fast forward a few months, a few photographs and interviews later, Lisa now graces the cover of the February/March edition of Barista Magazine.

Hiding behind a coffee machine or behind closed doors whilst roasting coffee has always been my preferred place. I definitely didn’t ever expect to be a cover feature! But when Barista Mag contact you.....! I’m often asked to share my story and on this occasion I gratefully did! What an absolute honour it is to be featured here and to be interviewed by the coffee royalty awesomeness that is Sarah Allen! No-one has captured my story quite so eloquently. So many people are part of this never ending coffee adventure and love affair and I can’t thank everyone enough! I’m thankful for the opportunities that continue to present themselves! This is the biggest one! Thank you Barista Magazine and thank you to the OG Toby's Estate Coffee crew who started the spark and thank you to everyone I’ve met and who has supported me along the way! Most of all to the incredible Dear Green team past and present and the wonderfully loyal customers who continue to drink our favourite bev! So much love for you all!
