• Start with a ratio of 60g coffee to 1 litre of water.
• Medium/fine grind size for your coffee.
• Place filter paper inside the V60 and rinse thoroughly.
• Add coffee to the V60 and cover with 30ml water to bloom.
• After 30 seconds bloom time, add the remaining water, staggering your pour.
• Aim for a total brew time of 2.5 to 3 minutes.
