The amazing team of creatives and mixologists at Bruichladdich has come together to mastermind a smooth Bruichladdich twist on a caffeinated classic, with certified organic whisky, and coffee from Dear Green of course!
Using our certified organic coffee grown in San Ignacio in the Peruvian Andes, the Bruichladdich team complemented the coffee's flavour profile (stewed apple and brown sugar) with that of their organic barley, giving an almond and butterscotch finish.
The result, a delicious whisky cocktail with provenance, traceability and a toast to our thriving B Corp community here in Scotland!

- Pour 120ml of freshly brewed Dear Green coffee
- Add 40ml of Bruichladdich Organic Barley
- Stir in 2 spoonfuls of Hilltop Honey
- Lightly shake 30ml of heavy cream & 3 drops of chocolate bitters, and pour over a spoon.
